4月29日，菲律宾高等教育委员会发布消息，在2022年泰晤士高等教育影响力排名中，有15所菲律宾的大学进入了世界排名中。在这一次的排名中，菲律宾入围的大学数量增长了300%，从去年的5所增加到今年的15所。
Fifteen (15) Philippine universities are now among the best higher education institutions (HEIs) in the world according to the 2022 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings. This year’s ranking shows a 300% increase in the number of ranked Philippine universities, from only five last year to 15 universities this year.
菲律宾新埃西哈科技大学 (Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology)、太历国立大学 (TarlacState University) 也进入了此次泰晤士高等教育的世界排名当中，以下为菲律宾大学在此次排名中的具体情况：
在整体表现中，新埃西哈科技大学的排名在801-1000位，太历国立大学的排名在1001+位。
在联合国可持续发展目标SDG 1 消除贫穷中，新埃西哈科技大学的排名在401-600位。
在联合国可持续发展目标SDG 3 良好的健康与福祉中，太历国立大学的排名在801-1000位。
在联合国可持续发展目标SDG 4 优质教育中，新埃西哈科技大学的排名在401-600位，太历国立大学的排名在1001+位。
在联合国可持续发展目标SDG 5 性别平等中，新埃西哈科技大学的排名在301-400位。
在联合国可持续发展目标SDG 16 和平、正义与强大的机构中，新埃西哈科技大学的排名在401-600位，太历国立大学的排名在601-800位。
在联合国可持续发展目标SDG 17 促进目标实现的伙伴关系，新埃西哈科技大学的排名在1001+位。
泰晤士大学影响力排名是最具影响力的排名之一，是唯一一个评估大学为实现联合国可持续发展的17个目标所做贡献和采取的举措的表现情况。该评估使用经过校准的指标，在研究、教学、推广和管理四大领域提供全面、平衡的比较。
THE University Impact Rankings, one of themost influential rankings, is the only global performance table that assesses universities’ contributions and initiatives to realize the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals 17 (SDG 17). The assessment uses calibrated indicators to provide comprehensive and balanced comparisons across four broad areas:research, teaching, outreach, and stewardship.
