　　Nowadays, as the information technology grows at a fever pitch, piracy becomes quite rampant in the intellectual property field, especially in audio and video markets.　The booming of the pirated products may be attributed to several possible reasons.

　　First of all, the technology is so advanced that it is quite easy to produce the pirated products, which provides possibilities for its mass production. Secondly, their prices are low and most of the people could afford them; on the contrary, the price of the lawful products is high and only the wealthy people are willing to enjoy the high quality. Last but not least, they are not too bad to meet the consumers demand. On some degree, both the sellers and the consumers could benefit from the pirated products, which may be the dominant reason for its epidemic. But the piracy really does lot harm. They infringe others intellectual property rights, and the behavior is against the rules of the market. Besides, they rob the lawful producers of their interest, which may undermine the researchers motivation to develop more original works. Still worse, the continued purchasing of pirated products may have negative effects on China s image in the world.

　　In view of the severe results of piracy, it is urgent to take effective measures to combat it. As individuals, we should resist buying pirated products; and at the same time, the government should take measures to wipe out pirated products, uphold lawful copyrights and thus set up an integrated action mechanism to crack down on copyright infringement activities in a timely and efficient manner.

　　题目可以说是一个热点话题,要求考生对盗版现象能够分析原因并作出评论。题目看似简单,写起来却不一定很容易。有的考生可能对此现象很熟悉,但对其原因及危害等了解并不是太多,所以平常在学习的同时也要关注生活。作文语言表达应尽量多样化,句型不能太单一。用词要恰当,且能够灵活多变,避免一个意思的词从头用到尾,这会给评卷老师词汇贫乏的印象。
