Self--- Introduction

　　I am JiangYing, female, born in April 7th, 1987. My hometown is in HeNan province. When I was still a pupil, under the influence of my father, I became very interested in English, especially spoken English. Ever Since the first year of Junior Middle School, I began to attend Standard English class. From then on, I pulled much more fervency and energy into English study.

　　From the very beginning, I believed that no pains, no gains. So, I tried my best to study English. Now, I read newspapers, listen to English programs, such as CRI, BBC and so on. I also learn English from Disney cartoons and English movies in my free time. Sometimes, I read English novels, etc.

　　Once, when I was in junior middle school, at the class of our foreign teacher, the further communication with the foreigners led me to know that English is not only a course, but also a vivid language. English means not only books and tapes, but also thinking and communication in English. Just like speaking is far away from reading, so is true understanding of English from simple translation. That is what I’ve learned from my English study, which will direct my further study of English.

　　English is like one of my good friends. It widens my horizon and knowledge. It lets me know and understand the world at a higher level. I love English, and I hope more and more friends will join us to study English together.

　　我叫姜滢，女，1987年4月7日出生，祖籍河南。自小学起就受父亲熏陶，对英语表现出极大兴趣，尤其对英语口语情有独钟。初一起开始接受正规学校英语课程，自此在英语学习方面投入了更多的热情和精力。

　　一直以来我都相信，一份耕耘，一份收获。所以，我在英语学习上投入了很多的精力。现在，我每天都阅读英语报纸、收听CRI或BBC等英语广播节目，课余时间和周末还会观看迪士尼动画片或英文电影，有时也会阅读一些英文原版小说。

　　在初中一次外教课上，同外教深入的交谈让我认识到学英语不仅仅应该把它当作一门课程，更应该把它真正当作一门语言来学。真正的英语，不只是死板的书本和磁带，而是用英语去思考，去交流。正如同阅读和说话是有很大区别的，用英语去思考和说话绝对不同于简单的翻译。这些是我学习英语的体会和经验，一直以来都指导着我进行更深入的英语学习。

　　英语就像我的好朋友，它让我拥有了更宽广的视野和知识面，让我能以更高的高度来认识这个世界，了解这个世界。我喜欢英语，希望有更多的朋友加入到英语学习中来。
